Terms of service

These Terms of Service apply to every visit to and purchase from the Bio-Chain Research website. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to them. Please read them carefully.

1. Research use only

All products sold by Bio-Chain Research are supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research and educational purposes. They are not for human or veterinary use and must not be ingested, injected, applied to the body or administered to any person or animal. Our products are not medicines, foods, dietary supplements or cosmetics, and have not been evaluated or approved by the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA). Nothing on this website is medical advice or a claim that any product treats, prevents or cures any condition.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to buy from us. By placing an order you confirm that you are purchasing for lawful research purposes, that you have the knowledge to handle research compounds safely, and that you will store, handle and dispose of them in line with all applicable laws.

3. Your responsibilities

You are solely responsible for how products are handled, stored and used after delivery.
You must not resell or supply products to anyone for human or animal use.
You must keep products out of reach of children and store them as directed on the label.

4. Our right to refuse or cancel orders

We may refuse or cancel any order, with a full refund, if we reasonably believe the products are intended for human or animal use, or for any use that breaches these terms or the law. This includes orders or messages that refer to personal use, dosing or administration.

5. Product information

We make every effort to keep product descriptions, specifications and purity information accurate. Purity figures are based on testing of each batch. Product images are for illustration and packaging may vary.

6. Pricing and payment

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Prices may change without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

7. Orders and shipping

An order is accepted when we dispatch it. We may limit quantities per customer. Shipping is covered in our Shipping Policy, and returns in our Return and Refund Policy.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bio-Chain Research is not liable for any loss, damage, injury or illness arising from the handling, misuse or use of any product contrary to these terms or the product label. Where our liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to replacing the product or refunding the price paid.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Bio-Chain Research against any claim, loss or expense arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of any product.

10. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos and product imagery, belongs to Bio-Chain Research and may not be copied or used without our written permission.
