Refund policy
No returns or exchanges
Because our products are research compounds that must stay sealed and correctly stored to guarantee their integrity, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, including for change of mind.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, or you received the wrong item, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will replace the item or refund you in full, including shipping. You don't need to send the item back unless we ask you to.
Order cancellations
You can cancel an order for a full refund any time before it is dispatched. Once dispatched, orders can't be cancelled.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
